Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in offering high-quality clothes and shringar items for Radha Krishna, Laddu Gopal, and other deities. We understand the importance of satisfaction with your purchase, and this Return and Refund Policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item delivered is defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the description on our website.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Garments or shringar items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

  • Items purchased during clearance or on special discount where marked “Non-Returnable” are not eligible unless defective.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account and go to Order History.

  2. Select the order and click “Return/Refund Request.”

  3. Describe the reason for the return.

  4. Upload clear photos/videos showing any damage or issue.

We will review your request and notify you by email within 2 business days.


4. Return Shipping

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

  • Pack the item securely with original tags, packaging, invoice, and RA#.

  • Send the item back using a trackable shipping service within 3 days of approval.

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by us only if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, product defect). For other eligible returns, return shipping cost will be at your expense.


5. Inspection and Refund Approval

Upon receiving the return:

  • Our quality team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.

  • We will notify you of the refund decision by email.


6. Refund Method and Timeline

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).

  • It may take up to 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment service.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct size or item exchanges on our website at this time. If you would like a different size or item:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible).

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Custom-stitched clothes

  • Personalized or tailor-made orders

  • Shringar items marked as Non-Returnable

  • Items with sanitation concerns


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if something is missing:

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email photos of the issue to: support@[yourwebsite].com or call [support number].

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost if the claim is found valid.


10. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement before shipping starts.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted and regular return policy applies.
